Returns and Refunds
Returns & exchanges,
Items are refundable under certain conditions. An exchange may be possible after validation with customer service.
Please refer to the size guides in the “📏Sizes and dimensions” section.

We will be happy to advise you.
Any refund request will only be processed if the buyer requests it in advance by email to contact@creolattitude.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The only refund requests accepted are in the event of non-receipt of the product after a period of more than 45 days or defective items. For the latter case, an exchange may be offered by Customer Service.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions, after validation by our service:
- Return costs are your responsibility,
- All items must be returned in their original condition by post,
- Any damaged item cannot be refunded,
- We will not be responsible for any address error on the part of the customer,
- For exchanges, after agreement and validation, the customer must mention in their confirmation email with which item they wish to exchange their product.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and process the refund or exchange.
- Personalized clothing and items are neither exchangeable nor refundable, due to their unique and personalized nature.
- The customer is informed that the rendering on textile or object is not the exact reflection of an image on screen. (see details in "4. Product description and marking " )
Refund
- Once the refund request is accepted.
- We refund in 10 to 15 days depending on your payment method (Credit card/Paylpal).
