1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purpose of these conditions is to govern contractual relations
between, on the one hand, CREOL'ATTITUDE,
hereinafter referred to as “CREOL’ATTITUDE”
Being the Contractor,

and, on the other hand, customers wishing to make a purchase via the CREOLATTITUDE website https://www.creolattitude.com hereinafter referred to as:
"the customer" and accepting the General Conditions of Sale. The information appearing on the créolattitude.com website may be modified by CREOL'ATTITUDE without notice.
1.2. COMMERCIAL PURPOSE OF THE CREOLATTITUDE SITE
- Operation of the créolattitude.com store: CREOL'ATTITUDE is responsible for the form and content.
2. ORDER
- The mere fact of placing an order on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
- The order can only be considered firm and final once it has been paid in full.
- The general conditions of sale are concluded with the customer for the duration necessary for the execution of the order, until the delivery date initially planned.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PRODUCT RETURN
- CREOL'ATTITUDE accepts returns and exchanges only under certain conditions. Do not hesitate to contact Customer Service if there is a problem with your order.
- Regarding personalized items, the provisions of Article L. 121-20-2, 3° of the Consumer Code apply and deprive the customer of his 14-day withdrawal period and return of personalized goods .
- However, the CREOL'ATTITUDE After-Sales Service undertakes to examine any return request.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items are refundable under certain conditions. An exchange may be possible after validation with customer service.

We will be happy to advise you.
Any refund request will only be processed if the buyer requests it in advance by email to contact@creolattitude.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The only refund requests accepted are in the event of non-receipt of the product after a period of more than 45 days or defective items. For the latter case, an exchange may be offered by Customer Service.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions, after validation by our service:
- Return costs are your responsibility,
- All items must be returned in their original condition by post,
- Any damaged item cannot be refunded,
- We will not be responsible for any address error on the part of the customer,
- For exchanges, after agreement and validation, the customer must mention in their confirmation email with which item they wish to exchange their product.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and process the refund or exchange.
- Personalized clothing and items are neither exchangeable nor refundable, due to their unique and personalized nature.
- The customer is informed that the rendering on textile or object is not the exact reflection of an image on screen. (see details in "4. Product description and marking " )
REFUND
- Once the refund request is accepted.
- We refund in 10 to 15 days depending on your payment method (Credit card/Paylpal).
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND MARKING
- The descriptions whether they concern the products or the marking techniques: color, photography, characteristics are indicative and may present discrepancies with the final product.
- CREOL'ATTITUDE undertakes to ensure that this is acceptable to the customer.
- Carrying out personalization work is subject to interpretation by CREOL'ATTITUDE on the size and locations of the patterns.
- The rendering of a print and a personalization on textile or object is not the exact reflection of an image on screen. The combination of different marking techniques with different product colors may cause variations in results which the customer must take into account; CREOL'ATTITUDE cannot be held responsible for this.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- CREOL'ATTITUDE undertakes to honor orders received within the limits of available stocks.
- In the event of a product out of stock, CREOL'ATTITUDE will notify the customer as quickly as possible in order to offer a new delivery time, a replacement product or a refund.
- CREOL'ATTITUDE cannot be held liable for non-execution of the order in the event of force majeure such as flood, fire, disruptions or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport, and in the event of a manifest error. .
7. PRICE
- Prices are displayed including VAT, excluding any customs clearance fees. Shipping costs are indicated and justified on the invoice.
8. CUSTOMIZATION MODEL
- Certain processes require additional validation between the customer and CREOL'ATTITUDE.
9. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
- Customer information is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- CREOL'ATTITUDE cannot be responsible for any errors in entering personal data.
11. DELIVERY
- Delivery by postal services in certain cases with tracking by the carrier.
- Deliveries everywhere: in France, European Union, DOM-TOM, rest of the world.
- If the Customer cannot be present on the day of delivery, a delivery notice is left in the Customer's mailbox.
11.1 DELIVERY TIME
- Products are shipped within 10 to 15 working days.
- Each product is printed and prepared after your order, preparation and delivery times may vary.
- All the announced delays are calculated in working days. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation and shipping times of the order (exit from warehouses). To this period, the carrier's delivery time by postal circuit must be added.
- Shipping country: the majority of products are shipped from France. Some models are shipped from the United States, China or Europe, the delivery time can reach 20 days or more.
- In the case of an imperative delivery date, it is up to the customer to take the necessary precautions and to question the logistics services of our site to assess the feasibility of meeting the deadline.
- CREOL'ATTITUDE cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery deemed late by the customer, if the shipment was made within the expected time frame. Please take these precautions before placing an order on the creolattitude.com website.
- Parcels which are returned to us for non-complaint, lack of addressing or any other reason for which we cannot be held responsible will not give rise to any refund, the parcels may be reshipped subject to new shipping costs to be paid via a banking platform or bank transfer.
11.2 CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX
- Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. CREOL'ATTITUDE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
12. BILLING
- Invoices are written by CREOL'ATTITUDE subject to errors.
13. JURISDICTIONAL JURISDICTION
- In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
- Any dispute between a customer and the contractor will be submitted, if it cannot be resolved amicably between the parties, to the jurisdiction of the Montpellier Commercial Court in whose jurisdiction CREOL'ATTITUDE's headquarters are located.
