Where can it be delivered?
We ship worldwide.

Each product is printed and prepared after your order, preparation and delivery times may vary.

From what amount can I benefit from free delivery?
If you live in mainland France, delivery is free from 75 euros of purchases*

For overseas territories, delivery is free from 100 euros of purchases*.

*This amount does not include shipping costs.

How do I use my E-Gift card?

During your purchase, you can spend the value of a gift card by entering its unique code during checkout. A gift card has a balance associated with it, which can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping.

How do I pay with my E-Gift card?

When paying, you check the “gift card” option to enter the code for a gift card to pay for your purchases.

When you redeem a gift card, the order displays one of the following options:

  • If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can click Complete Order .
  • If the available balance on the gift card is less than the order total, the customer is asked to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

PS: If you want to purchase a gift card for someone else, you must forward the gift card email to the recipient.

I have a problem with my order:
If you encounter difficulties with your order you can contact us customer service using the contact form or by email at contact@creolattitude.com. We are doing everything we can to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.

Can I change the size or shipping address?
To do this, please contact our customer service by sending us a message. Please note, we can only modify your order BEFORE it is shipped.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages?
Some orders are sent in several packages. The reasons may be:
1) Items come from different warehouses.
2) Some items require more preparation time.


You will receive an email each time one of your packages is shipped.

I still haven't received my order, is there a problem?
We are sorry for this wait. Since the period of intense activity such as BLACK FRIDAY and the approach of Christmas, there has been an immense increase in parcels, additional delay is therefore necessary and normal during this period. Remember to order well in advance!

  • If there is no renewal on your package, please be patient. Knowing that we are doing everything we can to speed up the procedure. Usually your order will be delayed 7-10 days
  • If the status of your package is “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact La Poste first regarding this delivery.

Status of your order:
You have 2 months to send us a message if you have not received your package. One of our employees will contact you within 24 hours. Beyond this period, we will not be able to take your complaint into account.
